Food -- Gizzard Suya Flatbread Pizza


This one is for my fitfam folks, a great healthy way to eat “pizza” without extra calories and guilt that comes with it.  This can serve as a quick lunch or supper.

Ingredients:
  • 8-10 pieces chicken Gizzard (boiled & thinly sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon suya spice
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes and Mushrooms
  • 1 large Pita bread
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce or Pizza sauce
  • 1/4 Cup cheese


Direction :
  • Combine the first three ingredients – set aside




  • Top the flatbread with tomato sauce, add on the gizzard then vegetables. cover with cheese


    • Bake at 250F for ten minutes
    • Enjoy
