This one is for my fitfam folks, a great healthy way to eat “pizza” without extra calories and guilt that comes with it. This can serve as a quick lunch or supper.

Ingredients:
- 8-10 pieces chicken Gizzard (boiled & thinly sliced)
- 1 tablespoon suya spice
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes and Mushrooms
- 1 large Pita bread
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce or Pizza sauce
- 1/4 Cup cheese
Direction :
- Combine the first three ingredients – set aside
- Bake at 250F for ten minutes
- Enjoy
